- The Customer shall not tender any goods to the Company that are of a dangerous, flammable, radioactive, hazardous or damaging nature without providing advanced notification to the Company and providing all necessary instructions and descriptions. The Customer must ensure that all regulations, documentation, marking and labels be complied with and provided to the PROCESS DYNAMIC COMPANY, it’s Carriers and agents ahead of, or at the time of pick up. The Customer warrants that the goods will be packaged and marked to comply with any legislation or regulations governing the transportation of dangerous goods.
- If the Customer fails to comply with any regulations governing the transportation of dangerous goods, the Customer shall indemnify the Company against all loss, damage or expenses arising out of the goods being transported or handled by any Carriers, including fines levied by regulatory bodies for non-compliance.
- If events or circumstances, including a Customer’s or consignee’s failure to take delivery, occur that affect performance of the Customer’s mandate, the PROCESS DYNAMIC COMPANYshall take reasonable steps to obtain the Customer’s further instructions. If for whatever reason it does not receive timely instructions, or the instructions provided by the Customer are, at the discretion of the Company, impractical, the Company may; (i) store the goods at the sole risk and expense of the Customer, or (ii) sell the goods immediately and without further notice, and hold any net proceeds for the account of the Customer or (iii) authorize any Carrier to abandon carriage and make the Goods or any part of them available to the Customer at a place that is reasonable in the circumstances. Where the shipment is refused or remains unclaimed at any destination or is returned to the shipper, the Customer will pay in full all charges and expenses in connection to non-delivery, or the return of Goods as the case may be.
- Customer should instruct to the PROCESS DYNAMIC COMPANYto apply insurance by written statement or email prior the transporation. Otherwise company will no not hold for any loss or damage.

RETURN/REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY:
- If you cancel your trip before the goods loading, a refund can be processed within at time of cancellation , however please allow up to 5-7 working days for your bank to process this into your account
- If you cancel your after the goods have been loaded we will advise you on the appropriate course of action for your specific circumstance and flat charge may be applied
SHIPPING POLICY:
- When receiving an order, inspect goods and count the number of goods/produts before signing the delivery receipt
- Due to weather, many tariffs and special terms carriers are enforcing with time sensitive delivery methods there are several instances where the PDC will NOT take responsibility for delays
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military PO Addresses.
